On October 3rd's episode, we discussed TSN's ranking of Capital's captain Alex Ovechkin, and how I believed Ovechkin deserves more praise. Tom Wilson is suspended by the NHL for 20 games after his illegal hit to the head of Oskar Sundqvist. We looked into some opening day roster moves, line changes and such. We looked at some of the newly minted captains, and how I predicted these players would be named. We also covered injuries around the league, and talked about some rookies making their NHL debutes, and covering some retiring players.
